MANILA, Philippines — Maynilad Water Services Inc. has delayed its initial public offering (IPO) for the second time. The company is now aiming to list by November 7 to give investors more time to better understand its business.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. on Thursday, the concessionaire stated its reasons for the postponement.
