Cabinet Appoints Zini as Next Shin Bet Chief Following Controversy
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nominated the controversial candidate, Maj.-Gen. (Res.) David Zini, in May. Following the nomination, the cabinet has officially appointed Zini as the next chief of Shin Bet.
