
**Three Dead After Small Aircraft Crash in Bath Township, Michigan**
BATH TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Three people have died following a small aircraft crash in Bath Township on Thursday evening, authorities confirmed.
According to Bath Township Police, the small plane went down near the intersection of Clark Road and Peacock Road around 5 p.m. All three passengers onboard were found deceased at the scene.
Officials have yet to determine the cause of the crash or the intended destination of the aircraft. Emergency responders from Bath Township police and fire departments, along with agencies from Laingsburg and DeWitt, responded to the incident.
A press conference was initially scheduled for 8 p.m. to provide updates on the crash. However, first responders at the scene informed News 10 that the FAA had canceled the briefing.
In a statement, Bath Charter Township reiterated that the cause of the crash and the plane’s intended destination remain unknown at this time.
