One of the first challenges you unlock after reaching level 20 in Battlefield 6 asks you to get kills while using the Adrenaline Injector on the Assault Class. For whatever reason, this task feels clunkier than it needs to be, but there are some tips and strategies that can make the process much easier.
### How to Get Kills While Using the Adrenaline Injector in Battlefield 6
To complete this challenge, you need to get a kill within four seconds of activating the Adrenaline Injector to receive credit for the class challenge. When the Adrenaline effect is active, you’ll notice a significant distortion around the edges of your screen, which lasts for the duration of the effect and the kill window.
If you want to maximize the number of kills you get with the Adrenaline Injector, try using it just as you’re about to enter an objective. Most of my kills came from fights happening at or near the central flags in Conquest mode. However, you can potentially get two or three kills per Injector use if you activate it around a Breakthrough sector.
### Recognizing Adrenaline Injector Kills
Luckily, there’s an accolade associated with Adrenaline kills. If you see the **Berserker** descriptor pop up after you secure a kill while the Adrenaline effect is active, you can be sure the kill counted towards the challenge. Keep an eye on the screen distortion — if it disappears at all, even slightly, you probably won’t get the Berserker tag.
### Additional Tips
– **Stick with your squad, or stay close to a Support player.** The Adrenaline Injector has a very long cooldown, but you can cut that cooldown in half by staying near a Supply Crate.
– You can also reset your injector cooldown by dying and respawning or by hitting the Redeploy button in the pause menu. However, there is no guarantee you will be close to enemies when you rejoin the fight.
### Personal Experience and Map Considerations
In my testing, I managed to get one or sometimes two Berserker kills per Adrenaline Injector use, especially on smaller maps like **Iberian Offensive** or **Empire’s Edge**. On larger maps such as **Operation Firestorm**, even one kill per use is generous. Overall, I averaged about 10 kills per match, give or take a couple.
Better players are likely to have greater success with this challenge, so keep practicing and experimenting with different maps and objective areas for the best results. Good luck!
