With 2XKO having been out in early access for a couple of weeks now, Riot Games finally had enough data to run one of the game’s first major patches. Patch 1.0.1.2 was released this week, bringing the latest fixes and improvements to the game.
Some issues were blatantly obvious—for instance, Warwick going off into orbit when you tagged out from an aerial combo simply couldn’t stand. Other changes might be less noticeable but are all aimed at building a better 2XKO experience.

### 2XKO Patch 1.0.1.2 Notes
Riot Games rolled out 2XKO Patch 1.0.1.2 along with detailed patch notes this week. The headline fix addresses Warwick’s notorious mid-air bug. Previously, after tagging out following his mid-air S2 special, Warwick would glitch and fly off into the sky. That’s now fixed—or, as Riot jokingly put it, “Goodbye, updog.”
Other improvements in this update include system stabilization to help prevent crashes and disconnects, enhanced collision detection between Champions (especially in corners), and several additional tweaks. Read on for the full details.

– This fix addresses issues with corner-stealing moves like Ekko’s Phase Dive or Warwick’s Wrath of the Beast (with Bloodlust active) when multiple champions are on-screen.
– Champions no longer become “trapped” when pinned between two others at the center of the screen and can now be pushed normally.
– Champions starting on the left (Player 1 side) and right (Player 2 side) now have equal corner priority properties when performing corner steals with Assists.

### Champion-Specific Fixes
**Ekko:**
– Fixed a bug where Arcane Ekko would sometimes leave behind a smoke effect after Attempt #37 (Ultimate).

– Warwick’s Ankle Swipe (C) > Primal Leap (Down S1) combos no longer drop on Yasuo.
