OnlyFans star Jade Miura says she never expected a single workout video to launch an internet firestorm — one that even led people to question whether she’s human.
The video, posted in late April, showed Miura exercising in gym attire and quickly went viral, pulling in 115 million views in May alone.
“It was towards the end of April, going into May, one video blew up and gave a chain reaction to all of my other videos after that,” Miura told The Blast.
As the video spread across platforms like Instagram, X, and Reddit, the comments began pouring in. The most common accusation? That she wasn’t real.
“Then the comments started. ‘She’s AI, she’s not real.’ And to this day, that really gets people in the comments always thinking I am AI,” Miura explained.
The theories didn’t stop there.
“People constantly talk about it in the comments on IG, Twitter, Reddit, and pretty much all platforms I’m on,” she said. “The AI accusation is the most common thing I hear, but it’s never just that. It’s always something — fake body, surgery, steroids, that I’m a guy. It doesn’t stop.”
While many social media celebrities might retreat under this level of scrutiny, Miura has chosen to lean into it. She actively engages with her followers’ comments and sometimes even amplifies the rumors to drive further engagement.
“I don’t ignore it. I like to tease them, and when I play into that narrative, it always does well,” she shared.
Instead of denying every claim, Miura has used the speculation to boost her reach. Although the attention can be harsh at times, it has made her one of the most recognizable figures in the fitness space.
“I’ve learned to lean into it. The more I play into the AI theory, the better the post does. People eat it up,” she said.
In blurring the lines between trolling and marketing, Miura hasn’t confirmed or denied anything about her background — and she doesn’t need to. The mystery has become a key part of her brand.
