How to Complete the Align Antennas Mission in Battlefield 6: REDSEC

Battlefield 6: REDSEC introduces a slight twist on the in-match missions popularized by other battle royale games, incorporating some mild brain teasers to keep players engaged. One of the most confusing missions is the Align Antennas, but once you understand how it works, completing it quickly becomes a cinch.

To complete the Align Antennas mission, you need to locate two antennas that spawn within the game world. Approach each antenna and interact with it to begin aiming towards a specific target point. This task can be done solo, or you can have a teammate handle the other antenna to speed things up.

When you interact with an antenna, it emits a red laser indicating the direction it’s pointing. As you adjust your aim, watch for a progress bar along with a “Signal Strength” percentage value. Continuously move and fine-tune the antenna’s aim to increase the Signal Strength. When it reaches around 90%, you’ll need to carefully adjust your aim until it hits 100%, causing the aiming interface to turn green.

Repeat the same process for the second antenna. Once both antennas are properly aligned, you’ll be directed to a nearby Hack Signal zone which you then need to capture. Capturing this zone takes about 30 seconds if you’re doing it solo. Having additional teammates assist can reduce this time by roughly five seconds per player.

Upon successful completion of the Align Antennas mission, you’ll be rewarded with an airdrop containing valuable loot. The mission reward details are shown both in the banner when you accept the mission and after completion. Typical rewards include UAVs, weapons, ammo, and other useful equipment.

It usually takes about 15 seconds for the airdrop to arrive after the mission is complete. However, be cautious—other teams nearby will see the airdrop crate falling and may attempt to ambush you to steal your rewards. While mission airdrops don’t attract as much attention as Custom Weapon Drops, they can still become contested hotspots if multiple squads are in the area.

With this knowledge, you’ll be able to complete the Align Antennas mission efficiently and reap the benefits it offers during your matches in Battlefield 6: REDSEC.
