The $2.5 billion, 58-story tower that Kenneth Griffin plans to build in Brickell for Citadel and Citadel Securities will rise 10 feet closer to Biscayne Bay than current code allows.
In addition to the ambitious design, the project includes a $3 million contribution to upgrade transportation infrastructure and $13 million allocated for stormwater drainage improvements.
