ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The Albany County Sheriff’s Office has relocated its headquarters to the former Saint Rose campus.
The Administration, Pistol Permit Unit, and Background Investigation Division have moved to 966 Madison Avenue.
Meanwhile, the remaining departments—including the Civil Processing Division, Business Offices, Internal Affairs Division, and Personnel Office—will also be relocating to Madison Avenue in the near future.
This move is part of the Sheriff’s Office efforts to centralize operations and improve accessibility for the public. Further updates regarding the transition will be provided as they become available.
