We are very pleased to welcome Pinnacle Financial Partners and Synovus Financial to join us this afternoon.
As many of you know, in July, both banks announced an agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction, creating a high-performing regional bank focused on the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast. At the time of the announcement, the combined assets totaled $116 billion.
On a pro forma basis, the new company is expected to generate top quartile revenue and net income growth, along with the best efficiency ratio among its peer group looking ahead to 2027.
With us today are Terry Turner, President and CEO of Pinnacle Financial Partners, positions he has held since founding the bank in 2000. To his right is Kevin Blair, Chairman, President, and CEO of Synovus Financial. Kevin was named CEO and President in 2021, and Chairman in 2023. Since joining Synovus in 2016, he has also served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer.
