Welcome to the weekend! Today is starting off damp, with some light showers mainly across southeast Massachusetts this morning. However, the day will end dry as a front finally clears southern New England this afternoon.
The future forecast, shown below, indicates we’ll get some sunshine before the day is done. Morning low temperatures started off mild, and once the sun comes out, highs will climb into the upper 50s and low 60s.
Tomorrow will start off chilly and end cool, with temperatures in the 50s. Spotty showers are possible in the morning, followed by scattered showers in the afternoon and evening as another front moves through.
A special shout-out to the 3rd graders at Pawtucketville Memorial Elementary School in Lowell! I had the pleasure of visiting their school this week, where we talked all things weather. We made fog, acted out a weather skit, and shared our own forecasts in front of the green screen. Thanks for having me!
