The Novo Nordisk Foundation in Denmark, one of the world’s leading funders of pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, is investing €21.7 million to support emerging and rising Danish researchers in bioscience and basic biomedicine through two new grant programmes.
Both calls aim to strengthen Danish fundamental research that contributes to better health by advancing new biological and biomedical insights. Submitted proposals must include projects anchored at a university, hospital, or other non-profit research institution in Denmark.
It is important to note that the funding amount differs significantly between the two programmes, offering tailored support to researchers at different stages of their careers.
