Your first quest in the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC for *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* is called **The Royal Physician**, and it sets you on the trail of Albich of Uniczow. As with any Warhorse Studios’ epic adventure, expect a bit of drama along the way.
### How to Find Albich of Uniczow in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*
To find Albich, the first thing you need to do is make your way to **Kuttenberg**. Follow the quest marker to the apothecary located just off the main street, then head inside.
Once inside, walk down the main hall towards the back of the building. There, you will find **Oswald Torwart** near the rear of the ground floor. Speak with him, and he will tell you that Albich is nearby, sending you to the next building.
If you exit through the front door, you’ll notice two angry men shouting at the door of the building, looking for Albich. For now, there’s not much you can do to help them. Instead, head back into the apothecary.
Walk down the hall, exit through the back into the alley, then turn left. Continue down past two houses until you see a stone archway—go inside.
Upstairs, you’ll find Albich attending to a patient. Talk to him and give him the letter. Shortly after, the two angry men will appear at the back of the house, demanding to speak with Albich.
Go downstairs to assist him in dealing with the men. You’ll be presented with dialogue options—choose the ones that best align with your stats. However, be prepared, as there’s still a good chance you’ll need to fistfight the two troublemakers regardless of your choices.
Once the men have been dealt with and sent on their way, speak with Albich again. Agree to accompany him to the monastery, and you’ll be well on your way to progressing in **The Royal Physician** quest.
