Tonight on The Stevetendo Show, we’re kicking off a brand new playthrough! It’s been a while since we played a Legend of Zelda game on the show, but that’s about to change this evening. We’re starting a Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom playthrough on the Nintendo Switch 2.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game on the original Nintendo Switch, and I’m excited to see how it looks and performs on the Nintendo Switch 2. This game is massive, packed with secrets, and I haven’t decided yet what completion percentage we’ll aim for. While I doubt we’ll uncover all the hidden Koroks, I’ll do my best to find most of the shrines and upgrades.
Set to go live at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT, join The Stevetendo Show for the start of this exciting Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Switch 2 Edition playthrough. Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can catch The Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can’t make it tonight, no worries! You can also watch on Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT.
Looking ahead on the show, we’ll continue with more of our Pokémon Legends Z-A playthrough and keep progressing through Super Mario Galaxy 2. We’re climbing the ranks in the Z-A Battle Royale in Pokémon, and in Super Mario Galaxy 2, we’ve cleared World 3 and are hunting down the elusive Prankster Comet stars when we have the chance. The action is heating up, and you won’t want to miss it.
Be sure to check out the Shacknews Twitch channel and the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel to catch all the latest episodes. Subscribing to the YouTube channel and following the Twitch channel is the best way to stay up to date with your favorite Shacknews programs.
Also, if you haven’t heard yet, Shacknews has launched a new service called Shackmaps. Our dedicated Shacknews staff have created helpful guides for some of your favorite video games to keep you from getting lost or stuck.
On a more personal note, today is Veterans Day. If you see a veteran, please take a moment to thank them for their service. My grandfather and a good friend of mine were veterans, and it truly takes a lot to fight for your country. Showing appreciation goes a long way.
Keep sending in your suggestions for games you’d love to see featured on The Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch 2 or the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could star in an upcoming episode. You never know when Nintendo will add something new, so stay tuned!
We’ll see you tonight on The Stevetendo Show!
