My phone has been constantly buzzing this week with trade offers. In most of my fantasy football leagues, this is trade deadline week. Everyone is trying to make a deal to put themselves over the top for the playoff run. I get that working your league mates for deals can be a chore. But if we’re trying to win the championship, this is the work you need to put in. Go all-in this week. Look at rosters around your league to see who has a hole and how you can offer a trade that helps them and ultimately gets you a player you covet. Thanks for the submission! Let’s dive into players I’m buying and selling before the deadline: 70% Win (110-25-1) 70% Win (110-25-1) 70% Win (110-25-1) Unlock Free tips from our Experts Get Picks Now Looking to predict NFL playoff Scenarios? Jackson is coming off a dismal showing where he scored less than five points in some formats. It’s been a struggle to throw the football for Jackson since returning from injury. He’s only eclipsed 200 yards once in three weeks, and that was by four yards. But the schedule for Jackson opens up with matchups against the Jets, Bengals, Steelers, and Bengals in his next four. It’s worth a shot if you are hurting at quarterback to fire an offer at the Jackson owner. I always want to bet on guys who can completely win a week by themselves, and Jackson is the poster boy for that. D’Andre Swift (RB) CHI: The schedule isn’t great for Chicago going forward, with two games against the Packers along with contests versus the Steelers, Eagles, Browns, and 49ers. So why would I tell you to trade for him? Because in Chicago’s two games since returning from injury, Swift has been the lead dog in the Bears’ backfield. He boasts a 59% snap share and rushing share in those two games. Last week, Swift tallied 90 rushing yards on 21 carries. Folks, anytime a back is getting that many touches, you want to buy. I think the Swift owner might not know what a great PPR play Swift might be down the stretch. Perfect RB 2 / Flex down the stretch. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR) DET: It won’t be easy to pry the Sun God from his owner, but coming off his worst performance of the season, give it a shot. Whenever a player plays poorly on national TV, I always look at it as a buying opportunity. St. Brown is a stud. You might never see another week where he only catches two of 12 targets. Three of Detroit’s next five games are against defenses that rank in the bottom 6 of pass defenses. If you want to take a big swing, St. Brown is your guy. Tyler Warren (TE) IND: Warren is coming off BYE and has two really difficult matchups upcoming (@ KC, vs HOU), but after that, his final four games are against all teams ranked in the top-8 of points allowed to tight ends. To go deeper, three of four games are against the Jaguars and Seahawks, who are both top-three matchups for opposing tight ends. With the inconsistencies of the Colts’ pass catchers, Warren is the one constant. He’s going to have a monster fantasy playoff run. SELL: Ashton Jeanty (RB) LV: I’m giving you big names in this article. I have zero faith in Jeanty and this Raiders offense going forward. They might have the worst offensive line and quarterback combo in the league. Jeanty got just six carries on Monday night. He gained seven yards on those carries. He luckily saw eight targets. Going forward, the Raiders face brutal matchups against elite run defenses, including the Browns, Broncos, Eagles, and Texans. Honestly, you should’ve traded Jeanty weeks ago. If you still are holding onto him, make the move this week. There has to be someone in your league who is desperate for a running back. See if you can flip Jeanty for a pair of players. Justin Jefferson (WR) MIN: That’s right, sell your first round pick. It’s not pretty for the Vikings with J. J. McCarthy under center. It’s not that Jefferson isn’t being targeted. He’s seen double-digit targets in five of seven games. It’s the quality of the throws. McCarthy just isn’t ready to play. It’s hurting the Vikings’ offense, as they can’t sustain drives, leading to a lack of fantasy production. Jefferson has one touchdown since opening day. The schedule isn’t bad at all. Starting in Week 14, the Vikings have fantastic matchups against the Commanders, Cowboys, and Giants, so that’s the line you give potential trade partners. I don’t love giving up elite talent, but I don’t trust McCarthy at all. DJ Moore (WR) CHI: Two bad weeks in a row for Moore. I’m not sure what you can even get for him. I just don’t want him anywhere near my starting lineups-just seven targets in his last two weeks. The Bears are starting to play Luther Burden more at receiver and in two-tight-end sets with Cole Kmet and Colston Loveland. None of that helps Moore. This 11% target per route run number is pathetic. The upcoming schedule isn’t ideal. Get out of the Moore business before the deadline.
