CHICAGO (WLS) — Three people were shot in a South Side driveway on Sunday evening, Chicago police said. Police said the shooting happened in the South Shore neighborhood’s 6900-block South South Shore Drive around 5: 20 p. m. ABC7 Chicago is now streaming 24/7. Click here to watch The three victims were in an apartment complex’s driveway when someone shot them, police said. A 26-year-old man, shot in the chest, was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition. A male victim, whose age was not immediately known, was shot in the neck. He was taken to the same hospital in critical condition. Another male victim of an unknown age was shot in the arm and taken to the same hospital in fair condition. One rifle and two handguns were found on the scene. What led up to the shooting was not immediately clear. Area One detectives are investigating. Further information was not immediately available.
