**IDF October 7 Probe Finds Military Acted Professionally to Defend Kibbutz Nir Am**
An investigative probe into the events of October 7 has concluded that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) personnel acted professionally and appropriately during the defense of Kibbutz Nir Am.
The findings highlight that soldiers demonstrated courage and commitment by actively engaging in combat and seeking to join the frontlines. Their efforts were focused on preventing terrorists from Hamas’s Nukhba Force from infiltrating the area.
Notably, the safe room at Kibbutz Nir Am’s hatchery was damaged during the October 7 massacre. The photo, taken on December 30, 2023, shows the extent of the destruction.
