**How It Works**
Passengers can either scan the QR code and click the booking link or save the number +91 98730 16836 on WhatsApp and send a “Hi” message. A chatbot will greet you and provide a reply menu where you can select the option to buy a ticket.
The system will guide you step-by-step through:
– Selecting your boarding and destination stations
– Choosing the number of riders (up to 6)
– Selecting single or return tickets
– Making a payment via UPI or card

3. **Select “Buy Ticket”**
Press the ‘Buy Ticket’ option to proceed to the next step in ticket booking.
4. **Enter Journey Details**
Provide your source and destination stations, number of riders, and ticket type (single or return).
5. **Review Booking Summary**
Carefully read your booking summary and instructions. Note that tickets once booked are non-refundable. If any changes are needed, select ‘Edit Your Journey’.
6. **Make the Payment**
Click ‘Pay Now’ to be redirected to the Zapkey payment page, where you can choose your preferred payment method. Payments must be completed within 5 minutes.
