One of the first challenges you unlock after reaching level 20 in **Battlefield 6** asks you to get kills while using the **Adrenaline Injector** on the Assault Class. For whatever reason, completing this challenge can feel clunkier than necessary. However, there are some tips and tricks you can use to make the process much easier.
### How to Get Kills While Using the Adrenaline Injector in Battlefield 6
To get credit for the class challenge, you need to score a kill **within four seconds** of using the Adrenaline Injector. During this short effect window, you will notice a significant distortion at the edge of your screen. This visual cue signals that your Adrenaline is active and that your kill will count toward the challenge.
If you want to maximize the number of Adrenaline kills you get, try to use the Injector **just as you’re about to enter an objective**. Most of my kills came near the central flags in Conquest mode. You can potentially get two or three kills per Injector if you activate it around a Breakthrough sector.
### How to Know If Your Adrenaline Kills Count
Fortunately, there is an accolade associated with Adrenaline kills. If you see the “**Berserker**” descriptor pop up after your kill, you can be sure it counted toward the challenge. If the distortion effect on your screen edge has faded even slightly, you probably won’t get the Berserker tag.
### Additional Tips for Getting Adrenaline Kills
– **Stick with your squad**, or at least stay close to a Support player.
– The Adrenaline Injector has a **very long cooldown**, but you can **halve this cooldown** by staying near a Supply Crate.
– You can also reset the cooldown by dying and respawning or hitting the Redeploy button in the pause menu; however, this method doesn’t guarantee you’ll spawn near enemies.
### My Experience and Map Recommendations
In my testing, I usually managed to get one or maybe two Berserker kills per Adrenaline Injector use, especially on smaller maps like **Iberian Offensive** or **Empire’s Edge**. On larger maps, such as **Operation Firestorm**, getting even one kill per Injector is generous.
Overall, I averaged about **10 kills per match** using the Adrenaline Injector, give or take a couple. Of course, better players are likely to have better luck and efficiency when completing this challenge.
