**Shelter in Place Ordered at Curry College Following Shots Fired Incident**
MILTON, Mass. (WHDH) — Curry College issued a shelter in place order late Saturday night after a shots fired incident occurred in Milton. Officials confirmed that the incident did not involve any individuals connected to the school.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired around 11:54 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered ballistic damage to two vehicles and recovered additional ballistic evidence in the parking lot of the 866 Residence Hall, according to Milton Police.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries related to the incident.
The shelter in place order was lifted around 2 a.m. on Sunday.
The situation remains under investigation by the Milton Police Detective Unit, working in cooperation with Curry College Public Safety.
