A temporary road closure in Raleigh has been rescheduled.
The North Carolina Turnpike Authority announced on Tuesday that the closure of a portion of Rock Quarry Road has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The affected section of the road, located between Auburn Knightdale and Old Baucom roads, was originally scheduled to close on Monday as part of the Complete 540 Phase 2 project.
Officials have now rescheduled the closure to begin on Monday, November 3, and continue through Friday, November 7. The closure will take place each night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Motorists are advised to plan accordingly and seek alternate routes during these hours.
