Today’s PlayStation State of Play opened with our first look at gameplay in *Saros*, the next game from Returnal developer Housemarque.
The trailer showcased intense combat sequences, introduced a new revival mechanic, and revealed that *Saros* will be released on PS5 on March 20, 2026.
This exciting new trailer from Housemarque also provided a glimpse into the story and gameplay of this sci-fi adventure, which stars Rahul Kohli as the protagonist. Similar to *Returnal*, the game follows a character who is isolated and battling against alien forces on a foreign planet.
However, *Saros* introduces a unique gameplay feature that allows players to revive themselves when they fall in battle, adding an intriguing twist to the familiar survival experience.
